Sydney Ballet Workshops

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th January 2020

An opportunity to learn from one of Europe’s most cutting edge Ballet Directors, Elias Garcia, Artistic Director of Ballet de Catalunya.  

Young dancers will have the opportunity to work with Elias Garcia and gain a real understanding of what Ballet Directors are looking for when they select dancers for a company. Over 4 days students will be taught Ballet Class, Repertoire, Contemporary, Character (Juniors only), Pointe/Male Technique (Seniors only), Body Conditioning.

Some promising students will be awarded a Scholarship to IBStage International Summer School in Barcelona.

Additionally, there are a limited number of Private Lessons available in which students will be given a Personal Assessment including a written report outlining the strengths/weaknesses of each student with suggestions for future progress.
